Spring is here! This time of year is the best time to start working on the outsides of our home before the really hot season begins.
There are a lot of things that you can put on your Spring maintenance list, but here are a few that you should have on there from the perspective of a home inspector:
- Gutters – make sure they are clean and work properly
- Painting – the sun really beats on things here, and paint is one of your best defenses
- Vegetation – while you may not have a lot of this, keeping the vegetation that you do have around your hom in check is important to do
