You might be fascinated watching wildlife around your home, but if they start making it into your living area, they might turn into a nuisance instead. Animals usually come looking for their 3 necessities - shelter, food and water. If they can find one, two or all three of these around your home, they are more likely to intrude into your living space. To stop that from happening, you need to know what they are there for. Garbage cans can be very tempting for animals that are big enough to get into them. Any food garbage should be closed up so as not to give away any smells. Keeping your garbage cans inside of a shed could also keep wildlife away.
If you have a garden where you grow vegetables, you will most likely need to have fencing in place to keep wildlife out. Just remember that many animals will dig underneath a fence that is not firmly in the ground.
